Who we are: We are proud to be one of the first and best established real estate families in the Montura Ranch area. Since 1969, when Montura Ranch was only undeveloped land, until now, where it has become a growing community, we have taken an active role in the development of this area. We have been involved in vacant land, improved land, manufactured homes, site built homes, and financing.
What Montura is: The subdivision has more than 6,500 lots, nominal size is 1.25 acres (50 meters X 100 meter/165 feet X 330 feet), roughly the size of an NFL football field. Main roads are asphalted, but all roads are accessible thorugh crushed gravel roads. Lots discharge through drainage swell to a series of canals to assure all rain water is dumped to reservoir. There are 3 square miles for hunting and fishing and a modern and spacious clubhouse (FREE membership) with two pools, BBQ and picnic areas, Vita-track, fenced fields, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields. kiddies area, and all the amenities you need for a great time in the country. Location: Is it far? Not really, I drive it every weekend and enjoy the quiet drive. Montura is less than 2 hours from Miami, 20 minutes from Clewiston (Lake Okeechobee) and LaBelle, one ane one half hours from Palm Beach. From Miami, drive North on US 27 to South Bay (one hour), continue to Clewiston (less than half hour), stop for coffee, and then continue on US 27 to US 80 West, and then left (South) on 833 to the main entrance, where our office is, across from the gas station and general store.
